Walkathon
Annual 5k Walkathon
Take a walk in our Shoes4Grades shoes! We’re proud to walk with you in our 5k walkathon to raise funds to change the life of children in foster care.
According to the recent federal data, there are more than 65,000 children in the California foster care system. These youth desperately need our support services.
Our goal is for every participant to walk about 3 miles while raising $8 for every 2000 steps. The full walk is about 6000 – 7000 steps.
Please walk to raise awareness and help us fundraise to change a life!
Each year, there are three Contribution Packages:
- $30 BRONZE: includes lunch, beverage, bronze medal, and one raffle ticket
- $40 SILVER: includes lunch, beverage, dessert, silver medal, and two raffle tickets
- $60+ GOLD: includes lunch, beverage, dessert, gold medal, and three raffle tickets
