Jazmin Hernandez

Jazmin Hernandez, Director of Development, BCBA
Jazmin, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, attended Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology, where she received a Master of Science in Behavior Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis.
She’s worked as a Program Manager at Adamant Behavioral Services, Inc., where she trained parents and staff on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Jazmin conducted FBAs and assessments (i.e. ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS) best suited for individuals when identifying skill deficits and/or target behaviors while creating behavior intervention plans and monitoring behavior plans specific to each client. Jazmin assessed and altered plans as needed.
Jazmin then began her journey with the Arcadia Unified School District, obtaining her role as an Early Behavior Intervention Assistant. She provided effective one on one ABA therapy to individuals with ASD, developmental disabilities, and intellectual disabilities in the classroom and structural one-to-one settings. She also implemented ABA procedures to improve functional and adaptive classroom and independent living skills, social skills, and communication skills.
She later transitioned to her role as a Behavior Response Team Assistant where she trained and supervised school staff on the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions.
